We were looking for a small piece of land in order to have a modular home built. We originally lived on six acres in a farmland environment so you can imagine how difficult it was to find the right piece of land in Montgomery County! Not too small, not too big. Pat is both experienced and calm. Pat was extremely patient and resourceful, and was exceptional at negotiating on behalf of my wife and me. She responded to almost every email, text message and telephone call almost immediately, and kept us calm and reassured at almost every step of our home-buying process.
