My husband and I wanted to move from Northern New Jersey to Pennsylvania in order to be closer to our daughter. We were looking for a small piece of land in order to have a modular home built. We originally lived on six acres in a farmland environment so you can imagine how difficult it was to find the right piece of land in Montgomery County! Not too small, not too big. Not too close to the malls, not too far away from the malls. I am sure we had to be driving the sales people crazy! Pat came along and was as calm and understanding as could be. She seemed to know what would be right or what would be wrong for us and would not only point out the good things but also make us aware of the "not so good" things about whatever piece of land we were looking for. She continued to ferret out every piece of land she thought we would be interested in and never seemed to get discouraged to lose patience with us. We eventually found the "right piece", built our home and are very happy. Pat was not only a good agent but she was a friend and we always felt she was looking out for us throughout the whole process.
